New Tools and services to battle COVID-19

“We have worked hard to keep our residents engaged with various activities due to visiting restrictions. To keep families informed, we provide regular updates and offer a hotline for questions. Face Time has been in integral tool to help families talk to their loved ones. We also use it to include families in our regular interdisciplinary team meetings.”

“As we take care of the residents and their families, we have not loss sight in taking care of our own ‘local heroes’, the front liners in the facility. We make sure to provide emotional and psychological support resources and have a meditation room that they can use 24/7 to release their work stresses. During this critical and most difficult time, I salute all the front liners out there who are risking their lives to save lives. God bless them and God bless America.”
